Introducing Miss Luci herself!
After dedicating many decades to the nursing profession, Luci Bailly yearned for a different path. Together with her husband, David Bailly, she began collecting antique treasures, which eventually led them to relocate to Bagdad’s historic district with the dream of opening a Bed & Breakfast.
Their journey took them to various bed and breakfasts and tea rooms across the country, where they fell in love with the idea of owning their own tea room.
Today, Luci and David have transformed the historic ‘Forcade house’ in Bagdad into a charming southern tea room. Miss Luci is always eager to brew tea, welcome guests, and serve the community. After years of planning, preparation, and dreaming, her vision has become a reality.
